Shigeki Sugita is Head of Academic Content Management at Chiba University Library and a board member of the Digital Repository Federation. He worked at the National Institute of Informatics (2002-2004), Hokkaido University Library (2005-2009, as its repository manager) and Otaru University of Commerce Library (2010-2012) and was involved in projects on Open Access including NII-IRP, AIRway, and IRcuresILL.
